trustworthy

Trustworthy =Sincerity + Creditability

肯借钱给你的人,一定是你的贵人 (person of high rank and virtues, nobility)

有多少人忽视了这简单的道理,又有多少人觉得理所当然;
更有些人自作聪明,甚至耍无赖嘴脸;

真诚的人,走着走着就走进了心里;
虚伪的人,走着走着就淡出了视线;

If fate brings people together, and I can say trustworthy which comprises the elements of truthfulness , sincerity and creditability enhance the relationship of the people and able to live together in harmony .

Hence, it is up to us on what do we want to be, and it is worth pondering upon.

缘分
yuán fèn
traditional: 緣分
· fate or chance that brings people together
· predestined affinity or relationship
· (Buddhisme) destiny

smjk chws torny trees

Some kind of weird trees planted in the school compound next to the school field.
It is the most suitable tree to be planted in secondary school
as the trunks and the branches of the tree are full of thorns.
Good trees to prevent naughty kids to climb.

Anyway, do you know the name of the tree ?
If you happen to know the name of the tree, please tell me by posting your comments down here in my blog.

antibiotic tablets metronidazole 200mg

I have had tooth problem last week and the government dentist in my local dental clinic found nothing wrong with my molar tooth. An x-ray was taken and still, no obvious decay or crack detected. So, the young Malay dentist prescribed a course of antibiotic Metronidazole 200mg, for 5 days course. It cured my toothache (whenever I bit something hard) and in the same it cured my cough. I think mild antibiotic is good, if taken accordingly.

Roxithromycin 150 mg for 4 days course , for kid, 1 tablet each time twice a day.

7 Things That Will Happen When You Start Doing Planks Every Day
FITNESS LIFESTYLE BY SZABO LASZLO

Tujuh kebaikan daripada latihan fizikal Papan Kayu  'Planks'.

Originally from

Bodyweight exercises are gaining ground in the fitness world due to the practicality and simplicity of getting in shape using your own body weight. Planks are one form of bodyweight exercises that will never go out of fashion. Planks are one of the most effective exercises you can do. Why? Because they require a small time investment on your part, and offer the chance to achieve substantial results in a relatively short span of time.

Abdominal muscles are the only muscle group in our body that is not attached to bone. What this means is that they must provide support for our entire back and spinal column. In doing so, they also play a vital role in preventing injuries. However, for them to perform this function successfully, our core muscles have to be strong and trained on a regular basis. What all this means is that doing plank exercises every day is a great way to strengthen your core, and in doing so, support your spine.

Now, let’s focus on what will happen when you start doing planks every day:

1. You’ll improve core definition and performance:
Planks are an ideal exercise for the abdominal muscles exactly because they engage all major core muscle groups including the transverse abdominus, the rectus abdominus, the external oblique muscle, and the glutes. The importance of strengthening each muscle group cannot be underestimated either, for all of these groups serve their own purpose. If you strengthen these muscle groups you will notice:

Transverse abdominis: increased ability to lift heavier weights.
Rectus adbominis: improved sports performance, particularly with jumping. This muscle group is also responsible for giving you the renowned six pack look.
Oblique muscles: improved capacity for stable side-bending and waist-twisting
Glutes: a supported back and a strong, shapely booty.
2. You’ll decrease your risk of injury in the back and spinal column
Doing planks is a type of exercise that allow you to build muscle while also making sure that you are not putting too much pressure on your spine or hips. According to the American Council on Exercise, doing planks regularly not only significantly reduces back pain but it also strengthens your muscles and ensures a strong support for your entire back, especially in the areas around your upper back.

Check out this article if you would like to find out about how doing planks on different surfaces can impact the effectiveness of this exercise in strengthening your core.

3. You’ll experience an increased boost to your overall metabolism
Planking is an excellent way of challenging your entire body because doing them every day will burn more calories than other traditional abdominal exercises, such as crunches or sit-ups. The muscles you strengthen by doing this exercise on a day-to-day basis will ensure that you burn more energy even when sedentary. This is especially important if you are spending the majority of your day sitting in front of a computer. Also, making it a daily 10- to 1 minute home exercise before or after work will not only provide an enhanced metabolic rate but it will also ensure that that metabolic rate remains high all day long, (yes, even while you are asleep).

4. You’ll significantly improve your posture
Doing planks greatly improves your ability to stand with straight and stable posture. Through strengthening your core you will be able to maintain proper posture at all times because muscles in the abdomen have a profound effect on the overall condition of your neck, shoulders, chest and back.

5. You’ll improve overall balance
Have you ever felt that when you tried standing on one leg, you couldn’t stand up straight for more than a couple of seconds? It’s not because you were drunk- unless you happened to be at the time!-  but rather, it’s because your abdominal muscles weren’t strong enough to give you the balance you needed. Through improving your balance by doing side planks and planks with extensions you will boost your performance in every kind of sporting activity.

6. You’ll become more flexible than ever before
Flexibility is a key benefit of doing planks regularly, for this form of exercise expands and stretches all your posterior muscle groups – shoulders, shoulder blades, and collarbone – while also stretching your hamstrings, arches of your feet, and toes. With a side plank added in to the mix, you can also work on your oblique muscles. This will provide you with further benefits when it comes to hyper-extending your toes, a movement that is crucial for supporting your body’s weight.

7. You’ll witness mental benefits
Plank exercises have a particular effect on our nerves, making them an excellent means of improving overall mood. How? Well, they stretch out muscle groups that contribute to stress and tension in the body. Just think about it: you are sitting in your chair, at home or at work, all day long; your thigh muscles get tight, your legs get heavy due to being bent for several hours; and tension develops in your shoulders due to being forced to slump forward all day. These are all circumstances that put too stress on the muscles and nerves. The good news is that planks not only calm your brain, but they can also treat anxiety and symptoms of depression– but only if you make it part of your daily routine.

Now, the last thing left to do is to give you a sample plank exercise you can do to achieve great results in only 5-10 minutes a day.

Here is a great infographic that shows some of the best plank exercises to evenly target all abdominal muscle groups:

Are you ready to devote 5-10 minutes of your day, every day, to stay fit, healthy and, most importantly, strong as a bull? Then jump in and make doing plank exercises a part of your life.

37 Confucius Quotes

37 Confucius' Quotes That Will Help You Understand The Chinese Philosophy

Confucius (551–479 BC) was a Chinese teacher, editor, politician and philosopher of the Spring and Autumn period of Chinese history.

37 Confucius' Quotes That Will Help You Understand The Chinese Philosophy

The philosophy of Confucius emphasized personal and governmental morality, correctness of social relationships, justice and sincerity. His followers competed successfully with many other schools during the Hundred Schools of Thought era only to be suppressed in favor of the Legalists during the Qin Dynasty. Following the victory of Han over Chu after the collapse of Qin, Confucius's thoughts received official sanction and were further developed into a system known as Confucianism.

Confucius is traditionally credited with having authored or edited many of the Chinese classic texts including all of the Five Classics, but modern scholars are cautious of attributing specific assertions to Confucius himself. Aphorisms concerning his teachings were compiled in the Analects, but only many years after his death.

Confucius's principles had a basis in common Chinese tradition and belief. He championed strong family loyalty, ancestor worship, respect of elders by their children and of husbands by their wives. He also recommended family as a basis for ideal government. He espoused the well-known principle "Do not do to others what you do not want done to yourself", an early version of the Golden Rule.

Here are some of his most inspiring quotes:

1) “The man who moves a mountain begins by carrying away small stones.” (The Analects)

2) “Forget injuries, never forget kindnesses.”

3) “Hold faithfulness and sincerity as first principles.” (The Analects)

4) “When it is obvious that the goals cannot be reached, don't adjust the goals, adjust the action steps.”

6) “Better a diamond with a flaw than a pebble without.”

7) “Real knowledge is to know the extent of one's ignorance.”

8) “If what one has to say is not better than silence, then one should keep silent.”

9) “And remember, no matter where you go, there you are.”

10) “Music produces a kind of pleasure which human nature cannot do without.” (The Book of Rites)

11) “It is more shameful to distrust our friends than to be deceived by them.”

12) “The hardest thing of all is to find a black cat in a dark room, especially if there is no cat.”

13) “Give a bowl of rice to a man and you will feed him for a day. Teach him how to grow his own rice and you will save his life.”

14) “Only the wisest and stupidest of men never change.”

15) “The gem cannot be polished without friction, nor man perfected without trials.”

16) “The way out is through the door. Why is it that no one will use this method?”

17) “It is not the failure of others to appreciate your abilities that should trouble you, but rather your failure to appreciate theirs.”

18) “Everything has its beauty but not everyone sees it.”

19) “I hear and I forget. I see and I remember. I do and I understand.

20) “The man who asks a question is a fool for a minute, the man who does not ask is a fool for life.”

21) “When you see a good person, think of becoming like her/him. When you see someone not so good, reflect on your own weak points.”

22) “Attack the evil that is within yourself, rather than attacking the evil that is in others.”

23) “What the superior man seeks is in himself; what the small man seeks is in others.”

24) “You cannot open a book without learning something.”

25) “Silence is a true friend who never betrays.”

(一)1MDB本来就有问题,账目不清不楚,钱財去向不明;
(二)《华尔街日报》和《砂拉越报告》的资料相当详细,不但公佈资金的数目,还道出有关的银行,以及户头持有人和號码;
(三)《华尔街日报》是国际大报,应该可靠,而且称是引用政府的调查报告;
(四)《华尔街日报》和《砂拉越报告》,並没有说明是哪个政府调查单位提供的资料,来源可疑;
