The chasiu and siuyuk are the best.

Vegetarians

1. 素食 Vegetarian:如今較普遍的素食種類之一,亦即所謂的奶蛋素食者(Lacto-ovo Vegetarian)。指不吃任何肉類、海鮮、家禽和相關製品,例如內臟,但會吃蛋和奶製品。 可再細分為蛋素食者(Ovo-vegetarian)和奶素食者(Lacto-vegetarian)。
2. 彈性素食 Flexitarian:大部分時間吃素,盡量避免肉食,但不強制。通常是基於環境或生活因素影響,無法全部時間吃素,但又想支持素食,可以說是一種蔬食為主的日常飲食態度。
3. 海鮮素 Pescatarian :以素食為主,不吃陸地動物,但偶爾會吃魚和其他海產食品。主要原因是還未能一下子轉食全素,或者擔心Omega 3等營養攝取量不足。
4. 純素 Vegan:不吃肉類以及來自動物的食品,包括不吃蛋奶、蜂蜜、燕窩等,再嚴格一點,連生活上連動物製品也不會使用,例如皮革或經動物測試的產品。
5. 生機素食 Raw Vegan:只吃不經高溫加熱(攝氏48度以下)、仍然保留營養、天然酵素及富生命力、並且未經加工(包括米飯、麵食等)的食物。
6. 養生素食 Macrobiotic:以長壽飲食法為基本,不吃加工食品,食物主要包括穀類和豆類,偶爾會食用魚和其他海產食品。
7. 無五辛素 Buddhist Vegetarian:不吃任何肉類,不吃五辛,如蔥、洋蔥、大蒜等,多為宗教原因,戒五辛以清淨身心。部分無五辛素人士也會吃蛋奶。
8. 每周一素 Green Monday:響應Green Monday發起的每周一素行動,逢星期一吃素。
