Some dedicated parents, who are having ample of time in the morning or before bed, came out with lot of ideas of lunch box food. Here are the collections of lunch box food found in my facebook and I think I must share them across my blog as it will be more secured and easily be accessed when the right time and right mood come to us at the sudden moment to prepare for lunch box food for children and even, ourselves.

Happiness is everywhere, and can be derived from the daily chores, at times we think trivial.

There are about 150 lunch box food as suggested, it is a great source of inspiration for someone with lovely children, to prepare something simple, delicious and rich in calories.

However, personally speaking , some suggested lunch box food are not nutritious as they contain processed food such as sausages and packet-food, but they are extremely convenient for parents to just pack in their lunch box as ala-carte or 'junkfood' as you can call it.

真诚的人，走着走着就走进了心里；
虚伪的人，走着走着就淡出了视线；

如果说人与人之间的相遇靠的是缘分(fate)，
那麽人和人的相处，靠的则就是一份真诚和信誉！


你想做个什麽类型的人，值得每个人深思。

If fate brings people together, and I can say trustworthy which comprises the elements of truthfulness , sincerity and creditability enhance the relationship of the people and able to live together in harmony .  

Hence, it is up to us on what do we want to be, and it is worth pondering upon.

读后感：
"Gua caya sama lu !"  adalah bahasa pasar yang digunakan oleh nenek moyang saya semasa berurusan dengan orang-orang tempatan. Bagi saya, ia bermaksud 'saudara orang yang beramanah, saya yakin dan percaya kepada saudara'. 

Jadi, seseorang usahawan atau peniaga yang berkecimpung dalam dunia perniagaan, kebolehpercayaan itu amat penting untuk menjamin kejayaannya. Ini juga diguna-pakai oleh semua golongan manusia dalam masyarakat. Janji , amanah dan amanat yang diberi oleh seseorang kepada kita sendiri mesti dihargai dan dikotakan.

It is the most suitable tree to be planted in secondary school 

as the trunks and the branches of the tree are full of thorns.

Good trees to prevent naughty kids to climb.

antibiotic tablets metronidazole 200mg

I have had tooth problem last week and the government dentist in my local dental clinic found nothing wrong with my molar tooth. An x-ray was taken and still, no obvious decay or crack detected. So, the young Malay dentist prescribed a course of antibiotic Metronidazole 200mg, for 5 days course. It cured my toothache (whenever I bit something hard) and in the same it cured my cough. I think mild antibiotic is good, if taken accordingly.

Roxithromycin 150 mg for 4 days course , for kid, 1 tablet each time twice a day.
